Your unconscious mind is all about self-protection, even if it runs counter to what you consciously want. This can lead to fear, anxiety and self-sabotage.
For example, consciously you may want to be outgoing and successful, but if at an unconscious level, you believe this could pose any kind of risk, your unconscious mind will work to prevent it.
Hypnosis is a comfortable, relaxing way to align your conscious and unconscious needs, to allow for both wellbeing AND success.

Hypnotherapy is a fast and effective way to change behaviour. The number of sessions will be based upon your needs, but generally includes a primary session to address the particular issue in question, and a secondary session to follow up and fine-tune if necessary.
Sessions typically last 45-60 minutes and are conducted online, unless otherwise agreed.
MY EXPERTISE
I am a Professional Certified Coach, Hypnotherapist and Positive Intelligence Practitioner with over 25 years of senior business roles and a lifetime of experience in meditation and self-discovery. It has always been essential for me to balance two fundamental needs: outer success and inner peace.
I blend a unique range of left and right-brain disciplines including neuroscience, positive psychology, buddhism, NLP and goal visualization. My approach is holistic, and leverages your strategic and creative strengths, as well as my own.
